Before you entrust your listing needs to Defining Spaces, I’d like to share a bit about myself and my passion for helping people receive the most efficient and personalized listing solutions possible. After all, we will be working as a team, and your success will depend on how easily my services integrate with your needs.
A Hoosier by birth and a Sandlapper by relocation, I received my undergraduate degree from Winthrop University in South Carolina and my post graduate certifications in New York City back when Deee-Lite was still playing shows at the Sound Factory in Manhattan.
In April of 2000, after nearly ten years of working in finance in NYC, I got the itch to find a place that felt more like home. I was drawn to Denver because of the quality of life here: the beautiful views of the Front Range, the proximity to hiking and skiing, and the bars and restaurants that define Denver’s nightlife. So, my pug, Cornelius Pugsley the 1st and I boarded a plane and sought a more authentic life here in Colorado. After several consulting roles along the Front Range and the Roaring Fork Valley, I began working with a local real estate company to head up their operations division, which paved the way for Defining Spaces.
Family, craft beer & cocktails, skiing and anything “mountain & beach” related speak to my soul. Meditation also plays an integral role in my personal development and the evolution of my work. I strive to continually improve what I put forth into the world so that my interactions with my clients can be more purposeful. With Defining Spaces, I hope to make the most positive impact on the community as possible, which is why I carefully vet the companies I use for my services. Many of these services are provided by companies that are minority, and/or woman owned and operated. All of the companies are bonded and insured and I regularly monitor industry pricing to ensure my clients are receiving the best rates possible.
